Praveen M.
CEO & Director
He holds a Post Graduate Degree, has over two decades of banking & investment banking experience. He started his career with a private sector bank to handle Mid Market segment. He was the first person to head the business banking division in Bangalore and handled BBG business for 10 branches during his stint in that Private Sector Bank.
Later in another private sector bank, he has handled SMEAG business for South Bangalore. And then he worked with an investment banking firm and handled both sourcing and execution for the south, east and west regions in India.
Sudheer Desu
Executive Director
He holds an MBA and seasoned professional with Over 25 years of extensive cross functional experience in Business Development, Credit Management, and other related areas across banking functions. He started his career with a Private sector bank and then he joined a Mumbai-based Investment Banking firm and was taking care of Operations of entire Karnataka.
Later in another Private Sector Bank, he has handled SMEAG Business for South Bangalore.
B. N. Neel
Director (Credit & Operations)
He holds an M.Sc. (Chemistry) & an MBA (Finance). He is also a Member of “Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking & Finance”. He has over 23 years of experience, having worked with Two Large Nationalised Banks, One MNC Bank, One Private Sector Bank & One Investment Banking firm.
He is having vast experience in Corporate Credit Appraisal, Product Structuring, Trade Finance, FEMA etc. He worked across the country and had good exposure to various industrial and service sector clients.
Nanda Kumar B
Associate Director
He is a Real Estate & Structured finance veteran for over 15 years. He has got experience in widely diversified aspects of the Real Estate Sector, including Debt management for about 10 years. He is a B.Sc (Computer Science) graduate.
He has a highly stimulating and successful stint in Reliance Home finance and was Asst. Vice President heading Realty Finance Group for South & North India. He had independently handled one of the largest real estate portfolios spread across the country.
He was instrumental in structuring and execution of transactions across the entire Real Estate spectrum. Earlier in his career, he was associated with HDFC Bank, heading their Business Banking vertical for Karnataka handling Loan Against Property business.
In a nutshell, he had been part of Real Estate Funding business and has rich experience in Management of large scale real estate funds, Extensive Consulting / Advisory, JV structuring and Transaction Advisory.
